David’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his expertise in business strategy, has been pivotal in shaping the success of the company.

When he’s not steering the business forward, David loves spending time with his wife in their motorhome. Their adventures have taken them off-grid across Europe, embracing the freedom of the open road and exploring hidden gems along the way.

Emma BrooksGroup Manager

Emma has been an integral part of the Astons of Sussex team for an impressive 25 years, making her a cornerstone of the business. As Branch Manager, Emma is the glue that holds everything together - bringing experience, dedication, and a deep understanding of property management and lettings to every aspect of her role. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism ensure that both clients and colleagues feel supported every step of the way.

Mark began his estate agency career in 2006 and has since cultivated a deep passion for helping clients navigate their property journeys. Renowned for his expertise, John is our resident maintenance guru. He takes pride in his troubleshooting abilities, which have saved landlords and tenants countless expenses by addressing issues quickly and effectively. When he’s not working, John is a bit of a tinkerer, always finding creative ways to fix or improve things in his downtime.

Nicola BradfordLettings Administrator

Nicola joined the Astons of Sussex team in 2023 and has seamlessly stepped into her role, quickly building on established client relationships while forging many new ones. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills have made her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of work, Nicola is an active member of the local drama club, where she can often be found centre stage in a variety of performances. She also loves spending her downtime exploring new destinations in her camper van, combining her passion for adventure and the freedom of the open road.

Lesley brings a wealth of knowledge about the local area to her role as Sales and Letting Assistant at Astons of Sussex.
